by In Congo, the markets sell all sorts of interesting things. We found this one night market that specialized in selling poached bushmeat. We saw some pretty crazy stuff. They were selling an entire gazelle laid out on a table with its tongue sticking out. We saw live turtles, lizards, giant fish, alligators, and some dead monkeys. I saw people selling monkey twice in Brazzaville.
They also sell bats everywhere. You can find hundreds of bats that people are selling, dead and alive.
